This 4-person tent did great when we went camping last weekend. It fitted 2 adults and two kids on a queen inflated mattress perfectly. Even though it did not leave much room around it in the tent for big suitcases, it fitted a small duffel bag nicely by the side of the mattress. Here’s what we loved most about it:
Easy and quick to setup – You can set it up yourself in 10 minutes, but if you have someone to help you can even do it in 5 minutes. The tent has snag-free continuous pole sleeves meaning you have to feed the poles just once.
Roomy – The tent measures 9×7 feet with 4-foot 11-inch center height and has a spacious interior that allows moving. Also, it can fit a one queen size air mattress that can accommodate up to four people at a time.
Build-in-storage pockets – Has easy-to-reach and off the floor mesh pockets sewn into the side of the tent’s walls to help keep your gear organized.
Rain and wind proof – Comes with the WeatherTec system that has patented welded floors that strengthen the tent floor and inverted seams that hide needle holes inside the tent so rain cannot get in. Also, the frame is strong and wind-resistant, with redesigned poles and guy-out triangles.
Comes with an E-Port – Has an extension cord through the E-port to bring electrical power into the tent, great for charging phones or watching movies.
Great ventilation for summer – The dome-style tent comes with adjustable Variflo ventilation and vented Cool-Air port to help push warm air up and out. It also has large windows and a privacy vent window.
The Coleman Sundome has a pin-and-ring design and comes with two shock-corded steel poles, continuous pole sleeves, and InstaClip attachments.
The tent is made from Polyguard 2x double-thick fabric with anti-wicking thread, webbing, and zippers. Plus, for better protection against the elements, there’s a rainfly with an integrated door that comes with the tent.
Moreover, it comes with a compact durable carry bag that has easy-to-follow instructions sewn into it for a fast setup.
